It is well known that the person who directs a country, a company, or any other entity at the top of an organization is the Director, CEO, Chief, President, Minister, Majesty, etc. This position allows the person in charge to be responsible for all the policies and decisions made in his/her entity. The main decisions usually come from those people directing the organization, the government, etc. who are the ones that have to deal with the policies that are fundamental and expected from them.
In general terms, people think that all ideas in a company, entity, or government, come from the leader appointed by the board of directors or the people (voters) when it is related to the government. Some think that all those good or bad decisions come from their top leader, their assistants, or agencies, and in general, they are right because the top leader is the one that has to present the policies for the good of the company or government that they are directing or governing.
Sometimes those in charge at the top can count on excellent assistants, consultants, or even famous mentors with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to give the best advice without any commitment in their favor except for the compensation of their initial agreement. Also, there is another kind of consultant, advisor, or mentor, that is called the “King behind the throne”, which is the real one moving the “strings” of the person on top of the organization, government, etc. That King has ulterior interests or motives to gain from the decisions made by the official or person on top, and that King can be one person in particular or a full external organization with those ulterior interests, motives, or benefits.
When the “King” moves those strings in its favor, it is taking an advantage that will be detrimental not only to the company, organization, or government but to the people that trusted them in general, because the entity now is controlled by other outsiders that were not officially appointed by and for the people of the entity or government.
The best way to know if there is a King behind the throne of your company, organization, or government that is doing the wrong things, is to be aware of the UNCOMMON SENSE that doesn’t match the results of the policies that have been taken and were expected to be for the benefits of the people that appointed the one at the top of the company, entity, organization or government. COMMON SENSE allows the INTELLIGENT person to detach himself from emotional views because when emotions go up, the reasoning goes down…
