Elon Musk, a Genius, and His Rules

It is well known that in every century there has been a genius doing something for humanity. Some people have their main inspirations, not on the demand as a business but necessities for all humans and their well-being. Thomas A. Edison, Leonardo Davinci, Newton, Albert Einstein, and many others are the great inventors of many things that humanity is enjoying as part of their thinking, intelligence, and perseverance. 

Now Elon Musk is the new inventor and genius of this century. Genius that sometimes is hard to understand by the way he talks cutting out some words, but very easy to know the concept of what he is not only telling us but teaching us as well with the best intentions as the great Mentor of entrepreneurs. 

Elon Musk is a young man, with a humble personality, super intelligent, and friendly, and through his inventions and business, he is teaching us as well as those that want to become entrepreneurs, that by doing some basic but very important things you can become successful in what you do. Some of those things that Elon is teaching us are that by working hard people can accomplish more than those that just work a few hours a week, and here he is talking about the 120 hours he normally works per week, telling us that if someone works 40 hours a week and you work 100 hours in whatever business or goal you have, you will accomplish that goal faster than your competition. Also, Elon Musk teaches us that taking the risk of doing what you really want to achieve in life is the best thing that anyone can do to get to that goal.

According to Elon, he believes that when an employee is doing his work effectively and according to the expectation of the company, he should be given recognition with a new position and salary. On the contrary, when an employee doesn’t do the work as expected even having every tool he needs, he should be out of the company. 

Elon believes, in perseverance, motivation, hard work, taking risks, going forward, vision, focus, transparency, and following your dreams even when others don’t believe in you. Right now there are more than 124 MILLION people following Elon Musk on Twitter and the reason is simple, his way of thinking has shown extraordinary results in his business and goals.
